If your qmobile e900 or e950 inbox is not opening, or your qmobile e950 messages is not opening or it is giving some message error about inbox or message box not working correctly, message box not loading then follow the following steps to fix it.
Most of the time inbox or messages not open due to software fault, it needs to rewrite eeprom of your mobile but for troubleshooting purpose go through the steps below.
- First of all You should reset your Qmobile by using Restore factory function.
- Try to open it from different locations like from shortcuts, menus and others access if possible.
- Try to open is from its PC data cable use its software CD then access inbox via the software and PC if possible.
- Then if your qmobile is under warranty then you should clam warranty as soon as possible.
- If you mobile is not under warranty then, take your Qmobile to any near by software workshop and refresh your mobile with software (urdu: mobile ko software karwa o kisi shop se).
- If it still not function then you need a hardware mobile repair man to fix it.

yar ye kia hai jb be main opera mini 6.5 or ebuddy ka new version install kartj hon to ye lihka ata hai (default game is not update) what is this? plz help?????
Bhi ap nahi Update kar saktay ho is Mobile pe Mini Opera 4.3 ze latest nahi chalta is per.
