As we posted a month back about the news that PTCL broadband is no more unlimited with 4mb 6mb and 8mb DSL package, in our post PTCL broadband Alert : Tariff changed, No more Unlimited download.
In the series with some other PTCL broadband Users PTCL billed us Rs. 3100 this month for 4 Mb DSL pack. This is not surprising atleast for me, but for my friends who are using the same DSL with me.
They notified in the bill the extra charges applied due to 50Gbs limit is exceeded and Rs.81 (per GB Data download) extra charges therefore applied on.
Due to this we are planning to convert our package to 2Mb DSL which is still unlimited. We advise you all that before PTCL amaze you with extra charges bill convert your broadband package to any of unlimited one.
